1. What is the Surgical Ordering System?

This is an online inventory management and ordering system from J and J Vision Surgical. It is an easier way to manage and order your cataract and refractive products. By eliminating many manual tasks and unnecessary paperwork, it saves  your most precious resource: time.

2. How can the system help me?

A few simple clicks is all it takes to securely place orders, replace used inventory and track inventory levels 24/7. Spend more time on more important work and less on busywork . Some features that can help you  include:

  • Track orders and returns
  • Build Easy Order Lists to quickly order common items
  • View, filter, and print reports of your inventory
  • Alerts notifying you of pending expiration or expired inventory
3. How do I become a member?

First, you need to be an existing J and J Vision Surgical customer. Next, call customer service at their local number for assistance. A sales representative will take you through the registration and account setup process.

 

The easiest way to become a member is through the website:

  • 1. Go to www.amoeasy.com.
  • 2. Next, on the landing page, click   Register to be taken to a form.
  • 3. Complete the form and click Submit Information to start the registration process.
  • 4. You will receive an e-mail with your user name and a temporary password within forty-eight  hours. If there are questions with your account a customer service representative will contact you.
4. How do I contact Customer Support?

You can contact customer service at the local Customer Support number or email them at [email protected].

5. Once registered, what should I expect?

Once registration is complete, an email is sent that contains your log in username and a temporary password. Go to www.amoeasy.com. Type your username and password then click Log In.  You are taken to the home page with the following information displayed:

  • Recent Orders
  • Recent Returns
  • Announcements and Alerts
  • Featured Products
  • Navigation that allows access to virtually all areas of  amoeasy.com

After getting acclimated, it is highly recommended to reconcile your inventory. You can do this by going to Reports then clicking the link labeled Inventory Recon. A new tab or window will open  that lists your inventory. Print this list by going to your browser’s menu bar and click File and then Print. Follow the browser’s instruction to print this screen.
